1. Overview
Bitu is a mobile game experience centered on terrain cracking, environmental destruction, map collapse, energy growth, weapon and effect customization, haptic feedback, sound, camera shake, and short-session gameplay.
By downloading, opening, or using Bitu, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Any mandatory consumer rights in your country, state, province, or territory continue to apply.
This document is intentionally a User Agreement for Bitu. It does not create a separate paid service relationship outside the app experience.
2. Eligibility and Responsible Use
You may use Bitu only if you can legally use mobile apps and games in your location. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian should review this User Agreement and supervise your use.
- Use Bitu for personal entertainment and lawful gameplay only.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, disrupt, modify, resell, or misuse the app.
- Do not use Bitu in a way that violates applicable laws, App Store rules, intellectual property rights, or the rights of others.
- Do not submit, import, or display content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, sexually exploitative, invasive of privacy, or owned by someone else without permission.
3. Bitu Game Features
Bitu may include campaign levels, battle arenas, destructible objects, rift effects, maps such as future city, volcano base, glacier field, and orbital platform, weapon skins, collapse shows, upgrades, local settings, and device-based progress.
Local progress
Player level, Cores, unlocks, upgrades, best battle stats, selected maps, selected effects, and settings may be saved on your device.
Adjustable feedback
Sound, music, haptics, slow motion, camera shake, and graphics quality may be changed in the app settings.
Unlockable content
Maps, rift effects, weapons, collapse shows, and upgrades may be earned, selected, reset, or changed according to the app build.
Offline-first design
The current app design primarily stores gameplay data locally. Some purchase-related features use Apple StoreKit.
Gameplay balance, maps, effects, prices, rewards, visuals, and available features may change through updates, testing, bug fixes, or platform requirements.
4. Purchases, Cores, and Virtual Items
Bitu may offer in-app purchases or virtual items such as Cores, unlocks, upgrades, skins, effects, or other digital content. Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store purchase flow. Bitu does not receive your full payment card number.
- Virtual items and Cores are licensed for use inside Bitu and have no cash value.
- Virtual items are not bank deposits, stored value, securities, property, or transferable currency.
- Purchase availability, taxes, refunds, family sharing, payment authorization, and billing issues may be handled through Apple and applicable App Store processes.
- If a purchase fails, is cancelled, is delayed, or cannot be verified, Bitu may not grant the related virtual item until the transaction is completed.
- We may correct technical errors, duplicate grants, exploit-based grants, or balance mistakes where permitted by law.
5. Player-Selected Images and Local Content
Bitu may let you select images from your device for expansion cards or visual customization. The current implementation stores selected images locally inside the app container and uses them for in-app display.
- You are responsible for the images and content you choose to add.
- You should add only content you own, created, or have permission to use.
- You can remove custom images through the in-app controls where available.
- Deleting the app or clearing local data may permanently remove local progress and locally stored custom images.
6. Health, Safety, and Play Balance
Bitu uses intense visual effects, red rift glow, camera shake, particles, sound, haptics, and fast action feedback. Use the app safely and take breaks.
- If you experience discomfort, dizziness, eye strain, nausea, pain, or any other adverse reaction, stop playing.
- If you are sensitive to flashing lights, camera movement, vibration, or high-contrast effects, reduce or disable related settings where available.
- Do not play while driving, walking in unsafe areas, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires attention to your surroundings.
- Parents and guardians should monitor play time, purchases, and device settings for minors.
7. Ownership and License
Bitu, including its code, design, gameplay systems, artwork, interface, rift effects, names, logos, audio, text, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Bitu for your own entertainment on compatible devices, subject to this User Agreement and applicable platform rules.
You keep ownership of content you select from your device, such as custom images. You grant Bitu permission to display and process that content locally inside the app so the selected feature can work.
8. Updates, Availability, and Support
Bitu may be updated, adjusted, suspended, or discontinued. Updates may add or remove features, rebalance rewards, change visual effects, repair bugs, improve performance, or respond to legal and platform requirements.
We try to keep Bitu stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, preservation of local progress after device changes, or error-free gameplay.
9. Disclaimers and Liability Limits
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bitu is provided as an entertainment app on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties that are not required by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of progress, device issues, loss of enjoyment, or loss of virtual items, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
Nothing in this User Agreement limits rights that cannot be waived under consumer protection laws in California, Canada, Singapore, Australia, or any other applicable jurisdiction.
10. Regional Rules and Consumer Protection
Bitu is intended to be used in multiple regions. Local laws may give you additional rights, including rights related to digital purchases, refunds, unfair contract rules, product quality, privacy, accessibility, or consumer guarantees.
- United States and California: mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain available where applicable.
- Canada: federal and provincial consumer and privacy rules may apply based on your province or territory.
- Singapore: consumer protection and personal data rules may apply where required by law.
- Australia: nothing in this User Agreement excludes non-excludable consumer guarantees or remedies under applicable Australian law.
If any part of this User Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Privacy
Our handling of data is described in the Bitu Privacy Agreement. It explains local progress, settings, selected images, purchase processing, App Tracking Transparency choices, contact email handling, and region-specific privacy rights.
12. Changes to This User Agreement
We may update this User Agreement when Bitu changes, when legal requirements change, or when platform requirements change. The effective date above shows when this version became effective. Continuing to use Bitu after an update means you accept the updated User Agreement, unless applicable law requires a different process.
