1. Summary
Bitu is a destruction-first mobile action game. The current app is designed around local gameplay data, local settings, optional custom images, and Apple StoreKit purchase processing. We do not require an account to play the current app experience.
If future versions add analytics, advertising, cloud sync, accounts, multiplayer, or other network services, we will update this Privacy Agreement before using those features in a materially different way.

3. How We Use Data
We use data to operate Bitu, preserve local progress, deliver gameplay features, remember settings, process purchases, provide support, improve stability, protect against abuse, comply with legal duties, and respond to user requests.
- To save and restore levels, Cores, unlocks, upgrades, selections, and battle records.
- To apply sound, haptic, graphics, camera shake, slow motion, and display preferences.
- To display custom images you selected inside the app experience.
- To process in-app purchases and grant virtual items after Apple StoreKit reports a successful transaction.
- To answer support, privacy, legal, or safety messages sent to our contact email.
- To comply with applicable laws, platform rules, fraud prevention, security needs, and dispute handling.
4. Tracking, Advertising, and Analytics
The current source reviewed for this Privacy Agreement does not include third-party advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs. The app may show Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission prompt. If tracking, advertising, or analytics features are added in a future version, we will update this Privacy Agreement and request any permission required by applicable law and platform rules before using those features.
As of the effective date, we do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Your Choices and Controls
Use in-app controls to adjust settings or reset local progress where available.
Use the delete image control for expansion cards where available, or delete the app to remove local app data from the device.
Manage App Tracking Transparency choices in iOS Settings.
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, complaint review, or other rights available in your region.
7. Retention
Local gameplay data and settings usually remain on your device until you reset them, delete them through app controls, delete the app, or the app overwrites them during normal use. Custom images remain locally stored until you remove them or delete app data.
Emails and support messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with law, and protect rights. If retention periods are required by law, we follow those requirements.
8. Security and International Processing
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate for the current local-first design of Bitu. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your device, Apple ID, app access, and backups secure.
If you contact us by email, your message may be processed through email providers and infrastructure that may be located outside your region. Where required, we take reasonable steps to protect information transferred across borders.
9. Children
Bitu is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or a higher age where local law requires parental consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without required consent, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
Parents and guardians should supervise minors, device permissions, play time, purchases, and custom image choices.
10. Regional Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, know, correct, delete, withdraw consent, object, restrict processing, appeal, complain, or receive information about data practices. We will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law.
California and Other U.S. Privacy Laws
California residents may have rights to know/access personal information, delete personal information, correct inaccurate personal information, opt out of sale or sharing, limit use or disclosure of sensitive personal information, and be free from discrimination for exercising privacy rights. As of the effective date, Bitu does not sell personal information, does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and does not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics.

Canada
Canadian users may request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, information about our practices, withdrawal of consent subject to legal and practical limits, and review of a privacy concern. We will handle requests in a manner consistent with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA where it applies.
Singapore
Singapore users may request access or correction, withdraw consent subject to legal and contractual limits, and contact us about protection, retention, accuracy, transfer, or complaint matters. We will handle requests in a manner consistent with the Personal Data Protection Act where it applies.
Australia
Australian users may request access to and correction of personal information and may complain about our handling of personal information. We will respond in a manner consistent with the Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles where they apply. Nothing in this Privacy Agreement limits non-excludable rights under Australian law.
Other Regions
Users in other regions may have additional privacy rights under local law. Contact us if you want to exercise a right or ask how this Privacy Agreement applies to your location.
11. How to Make a Privacy Request
Email us with the subject line "Bitu Privacy Request" and describe the right you want to exercise. We may need enough information to verify and process the request. If a request relates only to local device data that we cannot access, we may explain how to use in-app controls or device controls instead.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. Some features may not work if necessary data is deleted or if required permissions are withdrawn.
12. Changes to This Privacy Agreement
We may update this Privacy Agreement when Bitu changes, when data practices change, when platform requirements change, or when laws change. The effective date above shows when this version became effective.
